ISO 9001 guarantees optimal production quality. 100% French Production, assembled in our workshops, according to the European standard DESP 97/23/CE. With a team of qualified technicians, Aeroform Composites offers you all types of services on your autoclaves such as: maitenance, servicing, calibration and retrofit.

LAB AUTOCLAVES

Aeroform has developed a range of composite standard autoclaves for laboratories, research centers, universities and for the process of composite parts. They meet the high demands in terms of temperature homogeneity and reliability during the curing process.

Our LAB range is very economical and integrates on a compact platform, pre-wired equipment, as well as all security systems to ensure a fast and secure control by its users. Our composite autoclaves follow the European standard PED 2014/68/UE.

BESPOKE AUTOCLAVES

We design assemblies up to 20 bar and 450 ° C pressure and up to 3.5 meters diameter. The dimensions of our autoclaves depend on your specifications. Aeroform also proposes modifications or improvement on your autoclaves, such as closed loop cooling system, improved steering system, complex vacuum system.

NUMBER OF VACUUM LANES INCREASE

Increasing the number of vacuum lanes will enable you to load a larger number of parts into the autoclave.

NUMBER OF THERMOCOUPLES INCREASE

Part thermocouples improve the monitoring of your composite curings. Aeroform, thanks to its expertise, can also offer you the possibility of controlling the heat with part thermocouples to guarantee a homogeneous curing.

VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE FOR VENTILATION

For low-temperature cooking (+/-50°C), the variator offers a more economical and precise curing (Energy savings).
